We list, show, screen potential tenants, and rent out your properties.  Our team ensures your properties are properly staged, photographed, and marketed to your target demographic.   Working with a third-party screening service, we will find the most qualified tenants for your investments.

After your property is rented, we will take care of the day to day maintenance of your property.  We collect your rent.  If there are any issues that arise, we will source vendors to address them.
